Yom Ha’atzmaut Events in Ma’ale Adumim

Hi Everyone!

The Ma’ale Adumim Yom Ha’atzmaut celebrations will start Wednesday night at 20:00
in Central Park (the main park behind Kikar Yahalom).

21:00 – Singers Uzi Fox, Ruti Navo and Sheri

21:45 – The popular Israeli singer Natan Goshen will be the featured singer of the event.

There will also be performances of the youth group “Segal Ba’ir”
and dance performances by “Machol Midbar”

There will be two fireworks rounds in Ma’ale Adumim.
Derech Hagai (street near the fireworks rocket launches)
will be closed twice between 20:45-21:15 and 22:15-22:45

At 22:00 there will be Zumba dancing in the Kikar Yahalom area opposite Bank Leumi.

At 22:30 in the “Ha’chatzer” hall in Kikar Yahalom
there will be a festive song happening.

On Yom Ha’atzmaut, the Hayaaran Forest picnic area will be open for picnics.
There will be inflatable children’s structures and handicraft workshops.
There will also be army and fire department exhibitions.

The entrance to the the area (by car) is located on the right side on
the highway 3/4 down the mountain traveling from Jerusalem to Ma’ale Adumim.

Per moked 107, there will be hourly bus rides to the picnic area starting at 10am.
The bus will pickup people at the bus stops on the circle road of Ma’ale Adumim.
Derech Midbar Yehuda, Derech Ha’agi, Derech Kedem, Canion Adumim.

FYI: Per the Hebrew newspaper, today there are 9,800 households in Ma’ale Adumim with a population of 40,330. Nofei Sela is the largest neighborhood with 2,500 families. The second largest is Tzemach Hasadeh with 2,000 families. 37% of the residents in Ma’ale Adumim are youth and 700 babies were born over the past year.
