The annual Ma’ale Adumim Book Fair will take place today (Sunday -June 2)
and tomorrow (Monday June 3) in the Kikar Yahalom Plaza
in front of the Music Conservatory.
Hours: 6pm to 9pm (18:00-21:00)
The library will be giving out 10 shekel discount coupons to those coming to the fair.
There will be musical entertainment at the fair each day starting at 18:00.

Today, May 5, Ma’ale Adumim celebrated Jerusalem Day (which
is on May 8).
There was a flag march through the neighborhoods
and then a concert in the youth park.
All proceeds from the Dekel School food stands went
to the “Aguda Lemaan Hachayal”.

This Sunday (May 5) Ma’ale Adumim
will celebrate Yom Yerushalayim (which is May 8).
At 18:30 there will be a flag march
from Kikar Hakeren to the Youth Park.
At 19:30 there will be a performance in the Youth Park
including the singer Yonathan Rezael.
On Monday night, May 6, at 20:30,
there will be a night of songs and stories about Jerusalem.
The event will take place in the Castel Museum.
The night will feature the group “Hatish Hayehudi”
together with audience participation.
Ticket price is 20 shekels payable at the door.

Ma’ale Adumim has won the 2012 country-wide award for education.
The 100,000 shekel prize will be used for educational projects in the city.
Congratulations to all the educators in Ma’ale Adumim.

On Sunday, April 28, there was a Lag Ba’Omer parade / celebration
in Ma’ale Adumim. The parade started at 16:30 from Kikar Yahalom
and proceeded to the Canion (mall). The celebration, sponsored by
Chabad of Ma’ale Adumim, included a magic show.

Today (18th of Iyar, Sunday April 28) there will be a
short Lag Ba’omer parade at 16:00 starting from
Beit Chabad (bottom of Kikar Yahalom) to the Canion.
The parade is approved and will have a police escort.
Everyone marching should wear a hat and bring a water bottle.
If you have, you can also bring a musical instrument or noise maker.
After the parade, in the Canion, there will be a free magic show.
If you would like to participate in the raffle, tickets will be 5 shekels.
Prizes include an electric skooter, a bicycle and more….

the Independence Day tent in Mevaseret Adumim (E1)
near the Yesh police station.
Knesset members and officials are invited.
Housing Minister Uri Ariel and
Agricultural Minister Yair Shamir already rsvp’ed to be there.
There will be bus transportation from city hall to Mevaseret Adumim.
Buses will leave city hall at 11:00, 12:00, 13:00
