Sherut Eeyutz L’ezrach (SHELI) in Ma’ale Adumim offers city residents free counseling in a number of important areas, such as workplace relations, pre-judicial counseling, Bituach Leumi, filling out forms and helping to translate documents, housing, disputes between neighbors, consumer issues, welfare and health. SHELI’s offices are located in Kikar Kedem next to Terem Emergency Services, and are open Sun, Mon, Wed from 9-12 and on Mon and Wed afternoons from 16:00 – 19:00.
